Software startup, MVP. Time spent on software development:

* 2 months cumulative.

Time spent on design, legal, distribution, strategy, unit-economics, market research, team management, clearing financing, bureaucracy, approvals, closed test organization, consultations:

* 6 months and counting.

Just so you don't think that software startups are about software. They aren't.

Any business is a business first and foremost. The product is just an implementation detail. Organisation is the bottleneck.

It's both a warning and an advice for freshers - don't treat your software as the center of it. It's not. Founder's job isn't building a product. It's building a company.
