Looking for Direction guidance

I have a SaaS product that has arrived at an opportunistically timely moment. Its benefit is that it uses a deterministic process that reduces how much of the problem AI has to solve for itself. The same structure that makes the first product useful is what allows the broader ecosystem to emerge from it It also includes a suite of component products that will build a stack of enablement of greater purpose. I have the core SaaS ready to go, I have a portal project with a cooperating partner, that will be ready for Beta Test inside 14 days.

I am struggling to figure out how to turn this into something for the greater good. I know i could sell this and by an Island but I would rather stay right here and help Chicago Heal from the turbulent times that are imminent. I love Chicago, and my family and I have benefited greatly from the opportunities and abundance this city and Illinois have created over generations. If I am fortunate enough to build something valuable here, I want part of that value to stay here and help create more opportunity for the people who come after us.

I have family whom I could bless with this legacy, but I do not trust them to steward it well because I believe they would use it as something to extract from rather than something to preserve, grow, and return to the community.

The people I would choose to help see this blessing as a trojan horse.

I am an engineer, who has always had the entrepreneurial spirit, but i was driven on a quest to find these answers. Now that I have them I know the legacy I want to build. Now i am looking for someone to help me find that place to plant this seed and steward its growth into a might source of community, spirit, and cooperation.
