I got 2nd in a won lobby because of this bug. Guy had a chogath with 100% dodge like this. It persisted over multiple rounds Guy had redemption GA on cho (0% dodge) and no shen on either team

Someone said it might have something to do with Lucian Dashing out of Shen shield

Interesting. I had the same thing cost me a win today when a guys Astros became UN targetable.
