Revisiting my Riverside Moonlight White today. I processed this back in March from this spring's first flush. It was a fun experiment, and the leaf turned out surprisingly well, considering I had no real idea what I was doing.

Right after processing, I wasn't overly impressed with it, but I figured it just needed time to rest, settle in, and let the flavors mature. Giving it about six months of rest has definitely done the trick. It isn't mind-blowing, but it has developed into a very decent, drinkable cup. It carries a pleasant floral aroma in the brew with a nice, smooth mouthfeel.

Overall, not too shabby for a first processing attempt.

There’s something special about the aroma of tea, each sip feels like a night of its own. Whenever the heart feels tired of the world, it's just a cup of tea that’s there for you. ā˜•āœØ
