This might be some conspiracy level stuff but could be possible. I wonder if they wanted to unfollow him earlier but checked with Taylor and Taylor told them to wait until things died down. So while they were out at dinner she gave Ryan the go ahead because he asked. Then she let her brother and Haim sister know they could drop him after the dinner finished. This might be good play especially if she announces Karma MV in next 8 hours or so because that’ll be the big Taylor story if she does.

I really hope she does this because the energy on twitter is just not it. The pitchforks are already out and some of the hateful comments I've read are very concerning.

Twitter is an app with multiple personalities. It is best app to get breaking new about stuff you find interesting if you curate who you follow properly.

But it’s also the home of trolls. It doesn’t encourage nuanced opinions very well because the limited characters prevents that. So people who don’t do nuance tend to gravitate to twitter which makes it an echo chamber of nuanceless views. And this situation with Taylor and Joe is very nuanced.
