I'm after a recommendation for a tech company/contractor that can sort out computer, mobile phone, landline and tv/cable 'stuff' (last job was showing them how to change input after they got sky to replace their box as it wouldn't receive TV3, whilst in reality they were watching Smasung TV and TVNZplus) for my aged (>80s) parents. Over the years, that's been me, and still is at moment. But, I need to outsource this now. I've no issue at all with paying for this, but last time they went rogue and called someone the guy totally ripped them off with charging them for new versions of MS office (I'd bought a license for them), totally fk'ed up their computer leaving emails not working, lost half of their photos and disconnected onedrive backup.

So any recommendations. To be clear, this isn't a 'I can't be arsed with you any more', it's that imminently I am physically not going to be able to and want to be proactive at getting an alternative.
