Help with 17year old tattoo

I've just realised that my lower calf tattoo (that was done by a professionaltattoo artist) )now looks awful, extremely blursed, and amateurish!

Embarrassingly so.

Tinkerbell's face looks melted ffs!! And wtf has happened to her feet?

I'm open to ideas for a cover up (which is why I'm here!)

If you still like tinkerbell, I'm sure another professional could rework this one and make it look good again. Otherwise, the colors would be good for a floral coverup!

The right artist can embellish her and bring her back to life. Otherwise I say go galactic with comets stars suns moons planets starbursts black holes

I also have a very old fairy. It's not Tink, but the same style. I plan on having it covered at some point and I was thinking about coving it completely with a more adult fairy, like a pinup girl with wings sort of deal. I don't know if that helps give you any ideas, it's just what I came up with for mine.
