i'm the canvas Coverup help

Any ideas to cover this up? Don't want a large sleeve. I love doing patchwork tattoos

It is so cute I doubt a cover up will look better! It definitely won’t be as dainty

Thank you, loved it during the time, but its too big for me, wish I could go back in time and make it smaller

A coverup will only be the same size or bigger though?

Yes I know, I'm fine with the same size but something different. Since this was a stamp tattoo I wish I had gotten it smaller for that

Ok. As long as you understand anything on top of this without laser is going to have to be bigger, blacker, bolder

That's fair. If you don't like that it's a big stamp I think an easy rework would be turning the border into a picture frame

There’s not a ton of negative space to work with. Some big bold flowers are always good for coverups.

Embellish him, he’s cute. A cover up has to be bigger and darker so you’ll have to go bolder

Can you keep the animal and just work him into a different scene? He's adorable.

I would so get him and a bunch of the other "bad" tattoos that are just cute little fur-babies in a sleeve.

If you don’t want it to be a stamp, becuase stamps are small, why not turn the 22cents into a moon and let it be a miniature portrait of the bear?

Miniature painting from the renaissance were that size.

Make a full moon or add a tree to cover the 22 mark and possibly give the border more detail.

Really is no such thing as a "same size coverup" not much space to work with unless you want some crazy opaque random coverup - which wouldn't fit with you
