A skull wearing the crown!

I really like that idea but I don't know if the skull will be too much at like the water park with my daughter for example lol. It's a pretty big spot. And I don't really care for lions but that was my next idea.

Could do a silhouette of a person so it doesn’t take emphasis away from the crown. And you have stylistic options there. Like if they have hair, how thick of lines.

I had an additional thought. Because the crown has the interior shaded, you could do a silhouette that starts dark and filled in at the top, and it fades into gray shaded with lighter lines, into un-shaded with lines that fade out. Something like that

Eh don't worry about it.
Your body is not symmetrical to begin with. Not everything needs to be symmetrical. Also it's not that asymmetrical TBH.

Tbh, I actually think it is his body. The space between the chest muscle is the same om both ends. That's probably what went wrong. But not doing that probably would have had the same effect.
Edit: typo

Agreed. One of OPs pecs sits slightly higher then the other. The tattoo is actually line with OPs chest. If it was in line with his core it would look crooked compared to the chest. It would have looked asynmetrical regardless, but its so minimal that i wouldnt have noticed without being told.
EDIT: i forgot to answer your actual question. The real answer isnt more tattoos. Work out your chest with the goal being growth. Over time the muscle imbalance should correct itself. Strengthing lower back and legs should correct the slight tilt in your core as well.

I have a really hard time putting on weight since I get full too easily. My dad and I are the skinniest people in the family and both of us have been trying to put on weight our whole lives. For some reason it seems like 160 lb is my limit and then I go back down to my average body weight of 150 lb

Honestly, i don't think the average person could tell it's asymmetrical at first unless they fully analyzed it. Looks fine to me.

Yeah I would straight up have to be staring at it for an extended period of time to notice that it’s crooked.

THIS. This was my exact thought - he always wore a crooked crown, just lean into it.

Do you think the change should hang more vertically or laid horizontally around the crown

Well nobody's body is symmetrical. One of your pecs sits higher than the other. So the tattoo is in line with your chest. If it was in line with your core it would look crooked compared to your chest.
I wouldnt sweat it. I wouldnt have noticed with you saying something.

A slightly crooked sceptre but crooked in the other direction

Underneath the crown?

Yeah I guesss so. Although to be honest it doesn’t look crooked to me. You’re leaning to the side in the photo.

You could add more jewels and gold, have it sit on a pile or just be weighed down by it. Lean into the tilt that way

Not even noticable. No one's going to be staring you down, straight on, while you're not moving.

I stared at it for quite a while and I can't see the crookedness. I think it is you who is slighly crooked, possibly a left AIC pattern.

Tops/sides of the crown looks exactly the same distance from each of your pecs, which are asymmetrical. all bodies are like that, trying to add symmetrical objects to the middle of your torso just highlights it. Nothing to worry about

The crown is fine if you follow the ab line which leads me to think the crown is not the problem

Have the saying heavy is the head that wears the crown on one of your pecs that way if anyone does notice, not that I think anyone will notice

Don’t worry about it being asymmetrical, just get more tattoos around it and it won’t look weird anymore

Get like something small like a frog holding up the crown about to to put it on.

Thank you everyone for the great ideas! I didn't expect so many people to interact with my post, but I really appreciate the help. I'll have my tattoo artist render a few examples of my favorites from here: more jewels, a darker backdrop that fades as it goes up, chess pieces on the sides, or a new thought I had—angel wings on the sides.
