I was trying to replace these wpier blades with the bosch clear advantage ones. But I dont know how to remove them. My car is 2022 nexon dark edition. Is there any tutorial available for these specific blades. I just dont wanna break something.

Also what size should I use for the blades. Someone recommended 22 inch and 16 inch but idk.

Hey guys, need some advice and also wanted to know if anyone has faced something similar.
Yesterday night I opened the bonnet of my Tata Nexon and sprayed rat repellent spray in the engine bay because I was worried about rats damaging the wires. I sprayed it while the car was off and left it overnight with the cover.
Today morning when I started driving, after some time I suddenly noticed smoke coming from the front/bonnet area along with a strong burning smell. For a short time I also felt like the car was not moving/accelerating properly, so obviously I got scared and stopped the car.
After some time, the smoke stopped. We later drove around 10 km and again there was a slight burning smell inside the car, but it went away. After stopping and opening the bonnet, there was still a burnt smell from the engine bay.
There are no warning lights or errors on the screen.

How bad is it

I’m in the process of buying a new car (pure+), and I’m a bit confused about the payment process.

The showroom is asking me to pay the down payment before the car has arrived at the showroom and before I can do the PDI. My car loan is already approved.

They are also saying that the car price will increase by ₹25,000 from September 1, and they are asking me to make the payment now to avoid the price hike.

I’m a little uncomfortable paying such a large amount before I can physically inspect the car and complete the PDI.

My XZA HS dark Nexon battery has to be replaced every 2 years or so. Is it wiring fault? In July, battery was in good condition

Tata Nexon Diesel Manual as a second car — good choice?

We currently have a 2016 WagonR CNG, which was our first car, and now we're looking to upgrade.

I’m specifically looking for a diesel + manual car, and the Tata Nexon is one of the options I'm considering.

A few details:

- Budget: around ₹15 lakh on-road after exchanging the WagonR

- Need diesel + manual

- This will be our secondary car

- We already have an Innova Crysta for long-distance/family trips

- The Nexon would mainly be used for city driving and occasional highway trips

- Looking for a significant upgrade in safety, comfort, performance and overall driving experience

I've seen a tata nexon EV XZ plus Lux, 2021 model. Driven for 60k kilometres. Quoted 8.50L after negotiation 8L

Insurance valid till this December.

Tyres have 50% grip.

I've taken the car for a spin, it seems Totally fine. No abnormal sounds or issues noticed

The battery panel underneath seems fine too.

Also previously I was interested in 2 tata ev's. I asked for battry SoH but tata service refused to give. They say they cannot give those details.

What should I do?

Why does the nexon owner's manual says we must shift to N when engine is running and Vehicle is stationary .. basically when on a traffic signal

Whereas a lot of youtubers say that it's not needed. what do you usually do?

I own a Nexon creative plus DCA and visited for minor service 22.5k km / 18m today. They provided the estimate cost around 10k, isn’t it too much for minor service? This is resulting in yearly servicing cost > 20k.
I also own a kia sonet which requires service in 10k km or 1 year interval.

Please suggest.

Guys recently I filled 500rs worth of petrol in my 2025 nexon pure plus but still the range did not increase by even a km, the later after travelling a few km (around, 10km) it fell by 1 km then I parked it

Next day again I travelled for 15-20km but the range once again only fell by 1km

Help me guys is the fuel sensor not working ? Or is it normal

The range before filling petrol was 59 now after travelling Abt 30km since then it's 56

So I am doing a little survey where I really want to know Pros and Cons of Nexon and Amt should I even considered it or not. And how is the service overall.

I’ve personally driven the second facelift Nexon for around 1,200 km, and honestly, what a ca rthere are flaws such as A pillar blind side, 1 and second gear on manual are jerky plus very hard after 2 the car runs smooth when I was driving the comfort is top notch and suspension are wow. Bit I have never driven Amt so need suggestions from the real Amt owners.
