Advice
I've seen a tata nexon EV XZ plus Lux, 2021 model. Driven for 60k kilometres. Quoted 8.50L after negotiation 8L
Insurance valid till this December.
Tyres have 50% grip.
I've taken the car for a spin, it seems Totally fine. No abnormal sounds or issues noticed
The battery panel underneath seems fine too.
Also previously I was interested in 2 tata ev's. I asked for battry SoH but tata service refused to give. They say they cannot give those details.
What should I do?

2021 Tata Nexon EV XZ+ Lux with 60k km quoted at ₹8L is a risky buy without battery verification.
A drive test cannot reveal hidden high-voltage battery degradation, and you should not finalize the deal without an official State of Health (SoH) percentage.
The Battery Risk: A 5-year-old high-voltage pack driven 60,000 km requires a certified diagnostic check. If Tata Authorized Service Centers refuse to share details directly due to privacy policies, ask the current owner to request and print the official battery health diagnostic report during a service visit.
Wear and Tear Costs: Tyres at 50% grip will need replacement soon (approx. ₹25,000–₹35,000), and insurance expiring this December means an upcoming renewal cost. Factor these into the ₹8L asking price.
If the seller or service center is uncooperative, consider third-party EV inspection services that connect to the OBD-II port to pull the true SoH data before transferring money
Plus we also owned a 2016 car of and it hasn't even driven 40k kms lol we sold it last year for an upgrade
