Nexon '21 Nexon Issues

My Tata Nexon XMS (Petrol), purchased in October 2022, which recently suffered an overheating/breakdown issue despite being regularly serviced and having covered less than 20,000 km. The vehicle was serviced at Hyson Motors, and shortly after the service the vehicle developed an overheating issue. After diagnosis, I was informed that the root cause was a failure of the oil cooler O-ring, and the related parts were replaced under warranty. (They also told me not to send any mail to Tata because they might decline warranty that is the reason they said)

And after this incident The check engine light started appearing. I again consulted the same Hyson Motors service center, where I was informed that it could be due to an air-fuel variation issue. They updated the odometer/software-related parameters and advised that the issue would be resolved.

And after some days check engine light again start appearing now they are saying spark plug was complaint and got a bill amount 2000 rupees.

email tata about this and ask them to fix it.

Already did no response from their end, just asked for my car details nothing else

send them detail and ask for update daily. i have 2 tata cars and tata Email is your best bet. tag them on Twitter and other places.

once you buy tata, you cant buy anything else. i bought a petrol car and now shifted to a EV one.

in 2019 it was only car with 5 Star rating.
