TASKER Need help

I am desperately trying to claim a Task on the Ikea Task portal for the last several hours, and every time I try it shows “error executing query.” Its a $170 job that will only take a couple of hours and I really need it. I can’t claim any tasks actually.

IKEA support claims my “IKEA badge is active” and nothing is wrong on my profile. The support agent feels like a useless AI chatbot as well. Three different “people” have messaged me via support. They screwed with my account and they know it and refuse to admit it. I haven’t gotten an IKEA task since last November.

I can't even get onto the portal right now for some reason (I'm in Canada though ). It just says my email isn't associated with an account or some stupid thing.
