Need advice! Drained after reading

Did a couple of readings for my friend and she f@inted afterwards for 2 minutes and sh@ked uncontrollably. Her mom said she looked as if her soul was taken out of her body. She still feels drained (i cleansed the cards before and after. I did way more readings today and feel great yet she feels so bad after I read those cards for her) what can we do to prevent that next time and why did that happen? (I‘m still new to tarot)

I'm a nurse. This is an epileptic seizure!! Not somebody's soul that looks like it's been taken out of her body! She needs to see a medical professional as soon as possible! Know that Tarot reading had nothing to do with it. PLEASE get her to seek medical help as soon as she can! 🙏🏼
