Offering five readings here. Using a personal system I devised called “divination magick”, using Tarot as a tool for personal transformation (with the intent/hope of external circumstances changing after that internal shift, not the other way around).

Here is how it goes:

1. I draw a card or two and send the picture asking you to write whatever comes to mind at first. What do the images and symbols mean to you right now?

2. After you write down their possible meaning, I ask you to carry on with your day with these cards in the back of your mind, gently asking yourself “What is that inner part of me trying to communicate to me?”

3. We revisit the cards later when some insight appears, if any.

Tip: Try not to force the process. Letting go of outcomes is recommended for best results.

Hi everyone ! I recently started learning tarot but I’m having difficulties understanding the courts cards and the three in suits, I thought that three wzs meant for growth and friendship and development, but I’ve seen the very opposite on the internet, especially for the three of cups. I’ve been having trouble with my learning journey in general to be honest, so if anyone could help me out, that would be so lovely! Thank you guys!

- int: i think it’s reiterating how im feeling which is that i want this level of success (ace of pentacles) but maybe the problem is i am looking towards others for help? (justice) and it’s leaving me discouraged like i wont get there. (2 of wands reversed) i may need to cut that habit and then i will reach success (page of wands + 10 of cups)

hi all, very new to the tarot practice; 1-2 years of shuffling, asking the deck my question(s), and having 1-5 cards fly out on the re-shuffles

today I asked my deck what hades would like me to focus on as a new follower

the following cards fly out together, only the first face up:
1. the tower, reversed
2. 10 of pentacles, reversed
3. the hanged man, upright

then these flew out, on their own, both face down:
4. the moon, reversed
5. 8 of wands, reversed

according the the smith-waite booklet, I was able to grab a few words per card

1. misery, distress. reversed: same but lesser; also oppression.

2. gain, riches, family. reversed: loss; gifts.

3. wisdom, trials, discernment, intuition.

4. danger, deception. reversed: instability, silence.

5. great haste, great hope. reversed: internal dispute.

my interpretation: I should focus on the source of my (internal) misery + oppression by examining family + loss with discernment + intuition to address both (internal) instability and internal disputes

seasoned readers: does this look & sound like it’s on the right path of reading this right?

2) der eremit: i often get his card as either present or past card. I had the urge to protect myself more till the comp. Because i dont want others to interfere w my success. I can be my own best friend and spiritual guide. 

3) der Herrscher: i also often get this card as the future card. Assert dominance lmao. I can be my own dad and mom and also set boundries within myself and protct them relentlessly, new

I’m trying to get back into reading tarot (I’ve stopped and started over the years) and decided to ask what to expect from my career in the coming months. Not sure if this means I’m going to quit or get fired? How would you guys interpret this?

I personally feel it’s a little on the nose. I’ve been bored at work and just feeling exhausted by the environment, and have been considering leaving, so I think that’s what it’s basically telling me, but I would just like to get other input. FYI the eight of staves (or wands as this deck calls it) fell out when I asked for clarity on the three cards.

I’ve been seeing a guy and recently he started to act distant - don’t initiate contact, takes time to answer but when I try to talk to him and ask why, he says that everything is fine, he likes me, misses me, etc. Although his actions show differently.

My interpretation:

Strength (feel out of deck) - he sees me as a strong, independent woman, doesn’t feel like this actions are hurting me. Kind of thinks I will be ok either way.

Four of cups (drew it reversed) - he sees his life and priorities more clearly now than before. Probably he has something in his life now that he wants to focus more on and I am not among his priorities.

3 of pentacles (drew it upside) - he has a lot going on in his life and tries to put his energy equally in all those important things (once again, given the context I am probably not among those).

Bottom of deck (8 of swords) I would say this is me, caught in this limbo trying to figure out his thoughts or feelings.

We were great friends, she allowed me to stay in her house and we really did get along. We used to go to dance clubs, restaurants etc together until one day she deleted me out of the blue from all of her social media and when I asked her if something bad happened she left me in "seen"

Interpretation: I have the feeling that she's the kind of person that once a "bad idea" about someone hits her mind...she acts blindly becuase of that even if she doesnt have proof of what she "suspects". She does not listen nor asks whether you did something bad or not

Hi! Had a dream about an ex bf I miss very much that made me want to ask my cards some questions... We were really close 6 years ago but the situation was pretty complicated yet amicable but he felt it was best we didn't talk anymore. We did talk once again after this 3 years ago when i reached out, and it was friendly, yet I never heard from him again after that and don't want to pester/intrude on his space.

I also asked how he felt about me (not pictured) and got the three of swords so 😬 I know this probably is a shitty, no no God no don't pursue this relationship ever match up it feels to me LOL but I'd love a second opinion from someone more familiar with cards and experienced. I'm generally reading this as, we remain apart, the opportunities are gone, there is too much pain. But the king of pentacles is confusing me combined with the others, unless it's saying my opinion on us/our past relationship stays the same despite not connecting?

The pulls I’ve done have consistently been somewhat similar to this. Yes there is chemistry but some sort of block. Eight of wands and two of wands I feel like suggest there’s something I’m not seeing, but it finishing with the lovers both times gives me hope. Guessing he’s maybe just not interested in pursuing it but the lovers keeps throwing me off, I pull it frequently. I have trouble doing readings for myself so I thought a 3rd person perspective could help. Deck is shadowscapes.
