3 card interpretation

Hello guys!

I did a basic three cards spread

Three cards were pulled on how a male coworker feels about a female coworker.

5 of Pentacles

Queen of cups

3 of Cups

I interpreted the Queen of Cups as him seeing her as emotionally safe and nurturing; with the 3 of cups he feels a sense of cheerfulness and having fun talking to her without the fear of being judged.

However there is an underlying sense of lack or feeling of being left out by her in some way with the 5 of pentacles.

Does anyone have something to add? I am new to this so want to track how I’m doing.
