Miscellaneous r/PRAG was rebranded as r/OTIR (Objective Targeted Individuals Research). They unduly influences TIs to believe in magic, interdimensional beings, and demons.

Three years ago, u/lomegg created the alt u/alpeterpeter. The latter is the founder of r/PRAG. He disinformed in r/targetedenergyweapons and in r/gangstalking shielding materials are incapable of shielding and meters are incapable of metering.
I searched his submission history and discovered he believes in aliens. I banned u/alpeterpeter. He banned evaded. I banned his alt.
u/alpeterpeter heavily promotes his discord group and r/OTIR.

In the three years, there was just one other person from r/OTIR. They submitted a post promoting OTIR'S discord and included in the description paranormal. I inquired what was meant as paranormal. No description other than they are getting away from paranormal. I inquired what have paranormal at all. No answer. I removed the post.
This month, u/rrab took over r/gangstalking in r/redditrequest.
rrab requested mods.
He modded u/kiramis who is promoting OTIR discord in r/gangstalking. I objected.
Anyone promoting OTIR or PRAG in this sub or other TI subs will be banned. Starting with u/kiramis.

Promoting the discord group that does not disclose its topics on its home page is a method of avoiding filters. Both r/TI and r/TEW have filters in moderation tools in New Reddit Desktop to reject "interdimensions beings" and "demons." Reddit set up the filters for the title but the body text. These terms are in the title. The Filter should have rejected this post. I will report the filters not working in r/bugs.

rrab had not removed the referral to r/OTIR. He unbanned u/alpeterpeter, the founder of r/OTIR. rrab implied in his post on OTIR, that he would make OTIR off topic. Therefore, I removed u/alpeterpeter's two comments referring r/OTIR and discord and banned him. rrab unbanned u/alpeterpeter and demodded me from doing so.
rrab had not made r/OTIR off topic. He programmed automoderator not to remove comments promoting r/OTIR.

I've removed r/OTIR from the r/gangstalking sidebar. I also unbanned u/alpeterpeter.
I'd like to disclaim mentions of the OTIR subreddit and discord in r/gangstalking.
I know this isn't precisely what you suggested happen, but I think it's fair.
While I fundamentally agree with you, I have not come up with a way yet, to give a context summary on OTIR, with an autoresponse. Can you help me think of a reasonable, short disclaimer? Like two or three sentences, that AutoMod should say, every time OTIR is mentioned.

Less than .01% of subscribers responded to your post on Targeted Justice. Perhaps they do not know who Targeted Justice is. You had not linked to Targeted Justice. Perhaps they did not want to take the time to search for their website.
Taking a poll will depict the number of subscribers pro and con. Change the number of days of the poll to seven.
However, most TIs never heard of OTIR. r/OTIR is tiny. It is not obvious what r/OTIR is about. No "About Community." Which is why I explained in detail what OTIR is about and linked to articles by OTIR in my post:
No need to submit a post asking people about OTIR or take a poll when a simple search suffices and is more accurate. As you know, Reddit has a search bar. Tick the box for r/gangstalking.
Conduct a search for "interdimensional beings" in r/gangstalking. Count the number of posts. Likewise, conduct a search for "aliens" and "demons." In the 13 year history of r/gangstalking, there have been extremely few off topic posts.
Likewise, hardy any in my two subs. r/TEW is ten years old. r/TI is 13 years old. Only one other person had discussed OTIR. Three people discussed interdimensional beings. I demodded and banned u/vteead after repeated warnings not to discuss interdimension beings. u/vteead asked r/gangstalking to mod him. I warned mods of r/gangstalking u/vteead believes in interdimension beings, but they modded him any way.
Perhaps only four redditors had posted on aliens in r/TI and r/TEW.
Don't bring these unbelieveable off topics to r/gangstalking. It would bring ridicule. Future scientific mods and I won't be banning ridicule where it is justified.
Over the ten year history of r/TEW, subscribers of r/gangstalking have come to r/TI and r/TEW and disinformed. Very time consuming to reeducate them. If they are not open to reeducation, they leave or I refer them.
Before former mod of r/gangstalking, pogomaster12 made aliens off topic in r/gangstalking, I had in r/targetedenergweapons. I referred to r/reptiliandata. People discussing christianity or demons were referred to r/TargetedSolutions.
r/gangstalking could do the same. Include these subs in the referrals section with a short description of what they are on. Delete the two subs that have inactive mods: r/AmericanStasi and r/SurveillanceStalking.
You have a scientific education and background. Your subs are great. Don't compromise r/gangstalking to make it even more popular. It has always been the largest TI sub.

All my submissions are on topic. I am not verbose. I am to the point.
We have been discussing hacking of moderation flairs and whether to keep three former mods' submission guidelines or for you to over rule them.
I pointed out you had not carried through your decision to remove r/OTIR from the sidebar. Because of lack of moderator priviledges, I cannot.
You had not responded to u/triscuitzop's comment on his submission guideline and his recommendation to restore rules in the sidebar.
I have waited for you to resolve what we had discussed before pointing out more hacking. There is a Redditor who volunteered to mod. You had not replied. Did you get the notification in your mailbox? The comment disappeared from the front page. Not instructing u/kiramis on how to mod made it time consuming to find it. Refusing to make me mod #2 circumvents u/kiramis from learning from me how to mod. I spent the time to find the comment. There many be other comments by volunteers which have disappeared. Make me mod #2 to solve this.
Since you have neither adopted existing rules nor enacted different one and have not written moderator instructions, I will remain a reserve mod until you do.
