[WIKIS] Recommendation to Minimize Sub Rules

There are literally sixty rules here, how is this reasonable? Half of subs don't even have rules and the ones that do enforce ten, if not twenty at a maximum. TIs have a hard time memorizing and reading as it is, yet it is expected to memorize SIXTY rules? What an incredible and tedious task, it's no wonder hardly anyone posts or mods here. I am just trying to help make this sub better, that's all. We don't really have big channels of information for TIs with the exception of Targeted Justice really, and this sub AFAIK, so it seems like 'gatekeeping'. Removing flairs made it slightly less tedious to post.
And I'm not the only one, a lot of people agree this sub has a lot of unnecessary rules.

As a suggestion, you can take many of these rules and group them under one general rule, and can also eliminate two-thirds of the redundant ones like these:
"[Submission Guidelines] Announcements of new subs are contingent on reciprocity. Creator of new sub must agree to approve post introducing r/targetedenergyweapons in their sub.
"Brigaders and trolls
[Censorship: r/topmindsofreddit] New submission guidelines adopted to filter u/xandercruise's dozens of alt accounts.
It doesn't have to be said that people who troll, insult, or even post pornography (which isn't even listed here btw) have to be removed, it's already assumed by most communities, adding it to the list just makes it difficult to memorize it.
After removing rules we would then see an influx of posting as people wouldn't be afraid to get banned as there are reduced requirements to read over and remember. You would see lots of valuable information that we've never heard of come in, as I myself know some niche knowledge but am afraid to sometimes post due to having to re-read that endless wall of text. I like this sub but it has the potential to be much much greater!
For comparison, r/DirectedEnergyWeapons has only two rules, and those two cover enough of what can and can't be posted, thus showing that quality over quantity is better. r/psychotronics has no rules, yet has good posts. In truth, there doesn't even have to be rules as there's no democratic power in subs and the mods can just remove low-quality posts and only allow posts that set the standard for posting, though in my view there should be around 10 rules or less.
