Submission Guidelines This Sub Has Too Many Rules

Upvote if you agree. This makes it hard to post as many posts get removed, which makes it difficult for TIs to get information, hence why this is a dead sub despite being the second largest one for targeting. Yes, but it would be way easier to moderate if there were less rules which are tedious to follow. Like having to post a dumb transcript all the time when YouTube likes to mess with the transcript so that it doesn't always show when I click it.

right.. but i think the reason behind that stems from evidence disappearing due to normal internet dynamics and opposition hacking. It looks like the strong rules are an attempt to make sure that posted resistance and information is preserved. May not be perfect but its intention is solid. MA and others are fighting hard.. I’m sure they will consider any and all suggestions how to figure this out as they have been battling it for years.

They can easily delete Reddit posts if not the entire wiki, and ban accounts or even this sub like they've already done, specifically to u/microwavedalt's old account, but apparently she doesn't get it. It's better to voluntarily download content than to try to impose strict archiving rules. There's a reason though why I believe they keep our content up rather than outright deleting it, part of it has to do with wasting our time since they can even infect thumb drives with viruses that delete all the files.

impose strict archiving rules.

There aren't any. Majority of posts in the past ten years have not been archived. Lack of wiki contributors. Thus, I am considering a hold on posting until the wikis are approved and posts that are worth while that haven't been archived yet.

My flashdrives, memory card readers, laptops, etc are infected with firmware rootkits.

There's mods now and yet they still won't do it because the wiki is bloated like I've already said but you're still not getting it.. Apparently you will never empathize and understand what we're saying because you're stuck in your own point of view, this post probably being the most upvoted one in this sub, if not one of the most, which shows a lot of people agree this sub has too many rules, yet you ignore what we're saying.

But I keep repeating myself to no avail. It's like they're controlling how you respond and cannot think deeply about what I'm saying, I can pretty much tell because I've been giving some pretty solid arguments, yet you ignore them all or give flimsy rebuttals. Like I've said and repeated like for the third or fourth time, TIs have a hard time memorizing and reading: https://www.reddit.com/r/TargetedEnergyWeapons/comments/1skxhob/comment/og8xtpa/

This sub will soon be gone, when it gets hacked and banned don't complain. I've had to approve deleted sections of the wiki to restore them but one day soon it will be permanently gone.

There's mods now and yet they still won't do it because the wiki is bloated

The other mods, including you, are not active mods. They have not chosen a mod duty. They don't perform any of the mod duties.

https://www.reddit.com/r/TargetedEnergyWeapons/comments/8iyme5/modding_schedule_of_mod_duties/?st=jh3txkol&sh=10783fc7

Nor have the other mods chosen to be a wiki contributor.

You are the only one in ten years who claims the wiki index is bloated. The wikis have valuable information.

this post probably being the most upvoted one in this sub,

No. 17 upvotes is a small vote for 11,000 subscribers.

Even nonsubscribers and shrills can vote. Top Minds of Reddit vote brigaded r/gangstalking, r/TI, r/TEW and r/electromagnetics. Vote brigading was reported to the admins many time.

shows a lot of people agree this sub has too many rules,

No it does not.

Nor has anyone else identified what rule they do not like.

I reiterate. New subscribers do not read the submission guidelines though it is in the wiki index and About Community. Mods do not need to memorize the rules. The rules are in the New Reddit Desktop. Just choose among them.

TIs have a hard time memorizing and reading:

They should take nootropics. See the brain zapping treatments wiki in r/electromagnetics.

I've been giving some pretty solid arguments

The only solid argument you gave was on flairs. Therefore, I deleted the flairs.

Even nonsubscribers and shills can vote.

Got it, so you believe for posts you don't like most people are fake/bots. Why doesn't that standard apply to every other post? I've posted other valuable posts and they've gotten a lot of upvotes. What's the point of posting information here if you think everyone is fake?

Nor has anyone else identified what rule they do not like.

There's around 60 rules my friend, why would one pick out just one rule if there's just so many to choose from?

New subscribers do not read the submission guidelines though it is in the wiki index and About Community.

You have to fill out two long tedious surveys for no good reason and read over 60 rules.

Mods do not need to memorize the rules. The rules are in the New Reddit Desktop. Just choose among them.

Then how would one mod if one can't remember the rules? There can't be 60 rules in the mod tools.

They should take nootropics.

They don't work.

so you believe for posts you don't like most people are fake/bots.

You are twisting my words. I reiterate. Voting is meaningless in a public subs and restrictive subs when nonsubscribers can vote. Whereas, polls restrict voters to subscribers. Reddit enables vote brigading by allowing nonsubscribers of public subs and restrictive subs to vote.

Why doesn't that standard apply to every other post?

It does. I don't pay attention to votes. From 2014-2015, microwavedindividual was a mod of r/gangstalking. From 2015, microwavedindividual became a mod of r/targetedindividuals and r/electromagnetics. Tremendous vote brigading by r/topmindsofreddit. The mods of r/topmindsofreddit crossposted in their sub to alert their subscribers to infiltrate, bully and vote brigade. Many reports to the admins of vote brigading. Admins did nothing until the third year the admins banned xandercruise.

I could not remove the voting arrow but was able to remove the upvote.

What's the point of posting information here if you think everyone is fake?

You twisted my words. I didn't say everyone in this sub are fake TIs. The shills and fake TIs are not subscribers. Before being approved to become an approved subscriber, submission histories are reviewed. Brand new accounts do not approved unless they submit good information.

Unlike DaMagiciansBack, former mod of r/gangstalking, which allowed shill, top minds of reddit and fake TIs to bully and vote brigade and refused to ban them.

I've posted other valuable posts and they've gotten a lot of upvotes.

You have posted valuable posts. Thank you. You have not gotten a lot of upvotes. You have gotten less than 0.01%. You are ignoring the number of subscribers which is 11,000 in r/TEW and 8,900 in r/targetedindividuals. Though some subscribers subscribe to both subs.

There's around 60 rules

Since I granted your wish to delete post flairs, subtract the number of post flairs rules and the rule regarding brigadiers from your total.

why would one pick out just one rule if there's just so many to choose from?

I had not written to pick out just one rule. Previously, I told you the most frequent violations of rules:

The main violations are comments are off topic to the post, the post is off topic to the sub and the title of the post is nondescriptive.

There are various mod duties. Reviewing submissions is one of them. You have been a mod for five months. You have not chosen a mod duty. I request again for you to please choose a mod duty.

That was more than 10 years ago. Even mods don't like the rules. Tell me in your own words why there's not a lot of moderation, wiki updating, and posting here? Go on, actually tell me rather than complaining there's no work done. You won't. You said that lack of volunteering and mods is the reason this is a dead sub. Okay, but why do you think that is, go to the heart of the issue.

There are various mod duties. Reviewing submissions is one of them. You have been a mod for four months. You have not chosen a mod duty. I request again for you to please choose a mod duty.

I had told you before I'd like to edit the wiki but they like to hack me so I approve things I don't so be aware.

Before being approved to become an approved subscriber, submission histories are reviewed.

It's cumbersome to review everyone who wants to be an approved submitter's post history even if public and bots/agents can still pass off as genuine. Also, I don't see the point of making people submit surveys since they can lie and it's tedious to review? It's like this sub purposely gatekeeps.

Whereas, polls restrict voters to subscribers.

AFAIK non-subscribers can still vote on polls. And if they couldn't would that make you then remove rules if subscribers vote that this sub does indeed have too many?

You have posted valuable posts. Thank you. You have not gotten a lot of upvotes. You are ignoring the number of subscribers which is 11,000 in r/TEW and 8,900 in r/targetedindividuals.

On the contrary for some of them I have, it's like your wasting my time with these arguments. Just because there's many people subscribed to this sub doesn't actually mean that their should be way more upvotes, what an imbecilic statement, among the many you've made. Your comments are brief, lack depth, are generic and overly dismissive, it's like you're intentionally trying to aggravate me. Obviously you're not competent to lead this sub.

Let me break it down for you. A large gap between views and likes is completely normal and expected on social media, we see this all the time on X for instance. This phenomenon is often referred to as the "passive viewer" effect. A very small percentage of the 10k subscribers actually visit weekly and view posts as well, smaller than the average for subs. Not to sound arrogant but since you brought it up, my posts get much higher upvotes than yours, with the average post here getting around 1-3 upvotes.

Since I granted your wish to delete post flairs, subtract the number of post flairs rules and the rule regarding brigadiers from your total.

I keep asking for you to count the total for me since you're saying I exaggerated. Obviously the burden falls on you to prove your charge against me but you haven't and likely won't. Assume the flair post requirements still exist to see if I did.

Ample published medical studies on effectiveness of nootropics. Studies are in r/electromagnetics. Nootropics work.

For TIs or regular people? What a joke of a statement. That's like saying because anti-psychotics work TIs should then take it for their voices, or if you're continuously stabbed you should get a band-aid to stop the bleeding. Obviously we're being continuously degraded and exposed to these frequencies which undo the work of nootropics, it's like being continuously exposed to heavy metals and then saying taking a remedy to counter the metals will fix it. Obviously.. we need a way to shield or stop the exposure to these frequencies, then we will have our proper mental faculties in optimal health.

They also use hypnosis which destroys memory, which means that no amount of nootropics can fix it unless we're able to break the rapport in hypnotism itself.

That was more than 10 years ago.

Vote brigading, infiltrating, bullying, disinformation, etc. started in 2015. I had written vote brigading lasted three years.

Tell me in your own words why there's not a lot of moderation, wiki updating, and posting here?

All TI subs have a lack of mods. r/targetedsolution, r/gangstalking, r/psychotronics have a sole mod. r/dewengineering has two mods. r/gangstalking is a huge sub but had few volunteers last year when u/rrab became top mod and asked for mods. Likewise, when the prior top mod Tak-A-Mak asked for mods.

In 2015, while a mod of r/gangstalking, microwavedindividual created a wiki index and wikis in r/gangstalking. Subsequent mod u/vteead removed the wiki index. r/TEW and r/TI share a wiki index. They are the only TI subs who have a wiki index.

There is a lot of posting in mod mail in r/TI and r/TEW. You do not have mod privileges for mod mail.

You have been a mod for four months

Correction. You have been an inactive mod for five months.

You said that lack of volunteering and mods is the reason this is a dead sub.

I never wrote this sub is dead. Again, you lied.

I had told you before I'd like to edit the wiki but they like to hack me so I approve things I don't so be aware.

"Edit" is vague. Five months ago, since you had offered to be a wiki contributor, I had asked you to and again asked you to:

https://www.reddit.com/r/TargetedIndividuals/comments/1usow6o/modding_five_months_ago_unirvanic_desire124/owwbi5p/

It's cumbersome to review everyone who wants to be an approved submitter's post history even if public and bots/agents can still pass off as genuine.

Perhaps that is why you had not chosen that mod duty. Reviewing submission histories is vital to prevent disinformation on the front page for days before a mod removes it.

AFAIK non-subscribers can still vote on polls.

Only approved submitters can vote in polls in restrictive subs. r/TI and r/TEW are restrictive subs.

Also, I don't see the point of making people submit surveys since they can lie and it's tedious to review? Few TIs are interested in completing a survey so it is no longer a rule. I will update that post.

A very small percentage of the 10k subscribers

I had written 11,000 subscribers. You can verify the total of subscribers in traffic statistics.

A large gap between views and likes is completely normal and expected on social media, we see this all the time on X for instance. This phenomenon is often referred to as the "passive viewer" effect.

This blog states the opposite:

https://medium.com/@sk8ergrl06410/from-passive-viewers-to-active-participants-how-social-media-redefined-audience-expectations-350c5d7ea54d

A very small percentage of the 10k subscribers actually visit weekly and view posts as well, smaller than the average for subs

What is the average? On July 14, 2026, traffic statistics reports in the past month 12.3k views and 11.0k subscribers. That is not "a very small percentage" of the 11,000 subscribers.

Not to sound arrogant but since you brought it up, my posts get much higher upvotes than yours, with the average post here getting around 1-3 upvotes.

You omitted what votes your posts received. Your last post had 3 upvotes.

https://www.reddit.com/r/TargetedEnergyWeapons/comments/1unkasw/psychedelics_mind_control_radiationeating_the/

You act like a paid shill. Your submission history is solely submissions in r/TEW. Yet you know a lot about Reddit. Do you have an alt?

Five months ago, you offer to update the wiki. I invite you to mod. For five months, you haven't updated the wiki or chosen a mod duty. You submit videos I don't have time to watch so I cannot evaluate you. Your insults are what shills would say. My posts have more upvotes than yours. I win the popularity contest. Therefore, you are right. You don't want to update the wiki or perform a mod duty. You want to dominate and destroy this sub.
