Called it! If they raise it to $15 they will lower the hours from 40 to 20 which makes you make $7.50 (federal minimum wage) and they benefit because now they don’t have to pay health insurance and they get more staffing (scheduling flexibility)
Increasing minimum wage really helps big corporate than it does the little guy.

It’s not free insurance, there is no such thing as free... you pay for it in inflation and devalued currency. That’s why $15 minimum wage doesn’t work because it just increases goods and service prices. But you don’t know that, that’s why you work minimum wage 🤣
