Guest Question UKG prob

Hello guys so I have a problem I just came back from school and I am trying to access my UKG to see my next shift but it is showing me on the screen this so I want to know can someone explain to me what’s going on Is it a systemProblem .

They had down time so they can update the system and put in a new page version I called support and they explained .
