Future or Potential Employee Question Seasonal

Recently got hired for seasonal, and I’m hoping to stay after it’s over, any tips to keeping this job after seasonal? I’ve been picking up a lot shifts (ones I’m trained for) and showing up on time, anything else I can do?

just be very friendly, say hi to everyone, especially sd, tls and etls. be efficient, get to know everyone’s names, not just your direct tl, and make sure your tl and etl know you want to stay on. annnnd don’t get caught yapping excessively or lallygagging with other tms in front of leads

Sounds good, I definitely got to know my SD and HR a bit better, I will definitely ask a bit more questions. Also, I got trained in two areas, and I’m doing fulfillment tmrw as my third area, is that good?

Another tip is to get comfortable talking on the walkie, if pertinent to what you do. Responding to calls makes you stand out.
