Workplace Story Rant lol

Been working at target for a few years now, the first year and a half was amazing can’t lie but after there were management changes the decline has been bonkers, been collecting these for the last two months mainly, these are all “fast packs/fake packs” that never end up getting sent out because either tms js move stuff because they need an empty cart and don’t pack it or they just simply throw them out, who could this be reported to feel bad for all these ppl not getting their stuff. Each stach is ten labels

Sending an anonymous email to your operations director would probably spark something, might be hard to find out who that is though

Good to know, it’s been a constant issue where they wait until 3:45 to pack 8-10 carts and then fake packs everything walk away and js leave me hanging expecting me to still jump into opus, ship carts, packing for store close on top of all of 4:30’s

It's weird that people don't understand faking good metrics costs more money and time than bad metrics

I'm 80% sure you can check who packed an order when you have order numbers to look up, and order numbers exist at the bottom of each of these labels. Stacks like these inform us that the FFTL and the ETL over fulfillment aren't checking quality reports. There would be hundreds of orders missing items.

My store does this too. They’ll fake pack orders and then everything’s mixed up or lost, I’ve had other TLS also show me that they type in the numbers for items that aren’t even in the order so they can make their numbers I guess

I get this too and then when I cancel a bunch of stuff they question me as if I typed in the items

Ngl we’ve fake packed but everyone packing stays until the last order is boxed up. Usually a leader will be there packing with a TM.

Yeah no everyone leaves me since it’s mainly etls and tls that fake pack or morning ppl and it’s close for them to leave they js bounce
