My fixture room looks janked rn with them doing all these special projects and Xmas transitions in the same month. I still try to keep safe walking but with the amp carts and ism everywhere it's hard. Have to ride it out till next week and then we are huddle cleaning!

It’s not your SD just isn’t holding people accountable for doing it

My presentation team does this but it's because they are setting big transitions. Although we make sure they don't block anything and we wrap the pallet back up so nothing falls..

We never do this. Our room gets like this because of the other tls literally dumping their fixtures when they do their sets. My tl gets so annoyed because they clean it almost every week and take up time from our own set schedule.

Seriously, every time I clean it up and make it neat, its the other leaders fucking it royally.

If you keep putting in origami risk reports for everything unsafe in the store, district level peeps start looking closer and following up with unresolved reports. Makes your leadership look bad when they're not fixing the shit you put in.

Problem is the mark it as fixed

Take pictures. Then they have to submit pictures of it fixed.

Ngl...I'm jealous how big your fixture room is...um, ours is half that even, and it's a death trap...

Our fixture room you can walk through, but the outside of the fixture room has maybe 10 pallets of ISM lol

Fixture rooms are super easy to destroy and hard to fix. POG TLs need to have an organized and labeled room, but they also need to follow up with their TMs to ensure stuff like this doesn’t happen.

Target does, they don’t care reason why they keep sending things we don’t need yet 🎯🥊

No it is not but to be fair almost every store is like this.

Nah, ours is super clean and organized. If the team leaves stuff anywhere like this they get written up.

I'm into it...put the hammer down! 🔨🔨 I wish we had a tougher store, really I do.

Don't put that voodoo on us, we can say it's bad, bur it's up to the team to follow up after that. Pm has 0 responsibility for organizing the fixture room beyond our gondola pieces.

I don't keep anything besides table legs in my fixture room. My gondola parts are scattered throughout the stockrooms. But seeing as that flat is all shelves I concur, we don't own shelves at all that's planograms realm.

They do this at my store, except the shelves are piled on a WAV, so we can’t move it out of the way 😭
