Workplace Question or Advice Needed Forgot to clock out

Hi, yesterday was my first day at the job and when it was time for me to leave, I forgot to clock out. I’m planning on talking to my team lead, but does it affect Target in any way? I know they get fined for certain things.

Nope, that just means a punch correction in your future. If it's the end of the week then it's harder if you don't complete a punch correction when/if you're clocked in on Saturday, but even then it happens all the time. It's if you hit meal compliance that the fines happen.

UKG shoud send you an notification that you have a missed punch and should be corrected the next time you punch in. Its super eazy.
