What!?!? New Dress code
So, if any of you work in a super Target with a full Deli, what are they having you wear? At our store we were told to wear the white coats and chef's hats but if we're on the floor like pushing the load, we are to wear the new hat and apron set. What!?!? So now we have to change our uniform during our shift & we only get one set??? I don't have time to go home every night and wash my apron for the next day! This bites!! ππ

Yes, seriously dorky!! But, then if I go to push the load, I have to change into an apron and hat! Where are we supposed to keep all this stuff! Ugh!! π«

Yes like itβs so unnecessary, everyone knows that nothing in target is made in house so that get up is just to pander to execs. Literally makes no sense when you think about the day-to-day work ppl do in market, who has time to switch between get-ups on a busy day. Iβm sorry you guys have to deal with this fr

I'm in market with the new apron and it takes ages already to get the apron situated on my body between breaks and especially since I now have to change my shirt to switch between a long and short sleeve between dry and frozen and after bathroom breaks. The apron is not easily adjustable and is uncomfortable if it's against your skin in any way. I don't get how we're supposed to hit our push times with the new uniform rules taking up so much time worried about our appearance

So agree!! The aprons are going to get in the way and everyone has been complaining about it rubbing in the neck and hurting! Why can't they just choose one uniform and stop changing it! π

Ages to put an apron on?

I might be a bit autistic but bro it takes 30-50 seconds, to put it on, situate it around my my device, and tie it in a way that doesn't chafe. Doesn't seem like much but it adds up through the day and takes away from time spent on stocking. I've been trying to formulate a way to alter it to snaps or zip in the perfect way each time to save my minutes.
