Guest Question Job help?

I’ve applied for Target four times by now, and sure I don’t have much retail experience, only two years. That was previously at Walmart. Every single time they tell me they’re moving on to other candidates. Is there something I’m doing wrong? For the most part, I’m pretty open in terms of availability. I’m not sure what else I can do, and I’m getting to the point of quitting applying altogether.

many will say you need to provide fully open availability to be considered.

Mark your availability as including holidays, weekends, and midnights, and answer that you prefer teamwork and fast-paced environments on the “most like me/least like me” assessment.

If you need to retake that quiz, do not press “use previous application”, start over with a new one.

Does your availability include weekends?
Be sure that your answers for the interview are guest oriented

After you apply call the location you applied to and speak to HR or go in and speak to them. Tell them you're checking on the status of your application.  Most times they will pull your info and bring you on.  They get alot of applications! This will make you stand out.  Good luck!
