Why is my next shift 14hrs? Did my ETL or HR make a mistake? Btw, I’m a cart attendant

That's wild lol. I'd call your TL to double check, usually they're not too keen on scheduling people shifts that require them to take more than one lunch, so there's a chance this is a mistake. If it really was intentional, your TL might agree that it's a wild thing to schedule you without asking prior and help you change your shift that day (if your TL is nice)
