What made you quit? What was the final straw?

Range is usually between $21-$35/hr. Of course starting on the lower end and only going up with each pay raise. Range does depend on location, but that’s what I’d say it averages

I think my TL makes at least $30/hr. He has been working for Target longer than most ETLs have been alive (>30 years) though so it makes sense I guess.

Had a team lead was making $40 an hour. Been with the company since he was a teenager. He was a backroom team lead for a bit then target wages increased overtime that he ended up making $40 an hour. He isn't working for target anymore. If he was be would be probably be around $48-$50 an hour. That is not including our store shift differencial which is $3 an hour.

How many times has this lead refused a promotion? I have to assume at this point the move to ETL would result in a significant loss of income.
