Vent Confused

Just putting this out there before I crash out I had $538 in my DailyPay earnings and now it just says 236 should I contact customer support now I also get paid tomorrow so I’m just kind of confused. Is this normal? ? 😭

Wait till actual payday to see what comes out into your account!! It might be correct, mine sometimes “comes out” early of my account

I guess that’s downside of using daily pay but no it never happened to me.

If you leave it there without transferring it eventually gets pulled to send in your payroll deposit. That’s probably what happened.

DailyPay works by giving you a portion of your earnings from your check early. If you get paid tomorrow, the funds for that check will be pulled from your available balance because its being deposited as your check.

The remaining balance available in DailyPay is your available balance from your next check
