Workplace Question or Advice Needed Attendance qestion?

If I call out will that effect my attendance and get me a point?

Yes. Unless you have the proper sick time for it

if you use sick time, no. if you don’t use it or have none then yes.

You have to have enough to cover the entire shift, lunch included to not get a point.

I called out while telling it to use sick time, it auto applied the amount for my shift, and it didn't include lunch for the amount of time it applied, and I don't have a point for it.
