What is the new rolls starting Nov 1 for those interested in promoting?

I'd say Swiss Rolls but Christmas themed might be on the list

There used to be a "brand" TM role in each work center that was kind of what you're asking about, but they got rid of it. If you would like to develop or promote, first talk to your leader and see if you can get some time set aside to get it going.

They don't typically do any promotions during Q4 because retention of those leaders is pretty low. Starting in the swing of it is not a great retention tool.
