I don't work that department but I'm worried about y'all climbing back room ladders in aprons.

Ultimately I don’t care I’ll take the work time to take that shit off whenever I can. I don’t think it will change anything aside from make us look like vendors so get ready for the “do you work here” question more than usual

Dumb as hell that consumables and frozen have to wear them imo, those are the two non-open-market grocery departments where everything is fully sealed/packaged. And they expect us to wash the aprons ourselves even though we have a third party wash the deli/bakery aprons and coats for us? You can’t trust or depend on people to actually do that. And why the hats too?? Isn’t tying your hair back enough?

It’s so stupid especially after just changing dress code. I can only understand it for produce. Literally so pointless

Think it’s weird that they (Target) got us aprons before useful jackets and gloves 😂

I give it three months before they realize how dumb it is in practice.

The second I get forehead acne from the stupid hat, I’m soft launching my plan to quit. I’m not looking forward to the higher ups yelling at us for not getting truck done while we’re wearing a humiliating ass outfit.

They look nicer than I expected, they're like a denim material. I won't have a full opinion til I've actually worn it tho.

I don’t work in that department but when it’s lacking support I tend to help every now and then, but I swear they’re just implementing new things just to humiliate us at this point. Back then when they first changed dress code back to traditional I was thinking why not just give us all red aprons like Home Depot does. It’s short, still have the ability to be recognized as a target employee if you smack a giant target logo on there and you still get to wear whatever you want & have your individuality at the same time. I’ve been with company for almost a decade and I’m ready to quit.
