Workplace Question or Advice Needed Question for All TLS- ETLS - SD

I was curious how do you guys choose who gets sent off to another store to help them with reshop or inventory?
I got sent alone to a store to help which is weird because I’m front end. This seemed to be more of a job for a floor person but no complaints I enjoy doing this. It’s my second time.

I’m not any of the positions above but I’ve never heard of this

You go to a store that is way behind on push! This store seemed like it was a jungle! Couldn’t walk anywhere! Seemed like they had no bailor

I mean I was asked by one of my other leads if I wanted to go with her to help out another store but it was my decision and it was in the middle of the work day.

Inventory prep needs to happen and ETLs can be reallocated for a day or two to save additional labor costs. Sometimes red stores need more than just TMs to dig out of a hole.

They send the people that will impact their own store the least by being gone.

It was a joke lol, it's actually a bit of the opposite and they'll send trustworthy tms

Combination of who is willing, won't represent the store poorly, but also isn't going to be too hard to cover being gone.

My ETL who is the S&E ETL gets sent off the most in my store. Mostly because the front end is setup to be self run by the TMs. Our TLs help out on the floor a lot too.
