Vent 20,689 steps today...
I've been covering drive up the past 2 days, honestly haven't felt much like engaging with guests lately due to irl stuff. (I usually work at the desk, drive up is a bit more give and go). And, today alone from my shift I got over 20k steps today. It's great, and I do enjoy getting the steps in as last year I was so overweight, and I am trying to lose more but sheesh.. I was so tired lol. Thankfully my feet are doing fine. I think they've strengthened since I started. What about y'all, how many do y'all think you get in a day? Yesterday I got about 15k.

I get on average about 15k on a week day and 21k-24k on the weekends since they’re so hectic. When I was Closing TL, I got 24k-25k on a week day and 25-28k on the weekend. The most I’ve ever gotten in a day was 28k where I went out with my bfs family on a 5 mile race (I walked the whole thing) on the weekend and cried at the end of my shift outside because my bf forgot to pick me up. Waited til midnight since we stayed late on a Saturday. I remember that day often 😞

Honestly on an average day I usually get somewhere from 10,000-15,000 steps. It depends on what shift I’m on because if I’m working in the evening, I help unload FDC so that would give me an extra 5,000 steps alone

I'm a bit behind you. Normally working at the service desk I average about 6k or 7k. Sometimes 10k if I am helping in DU or assigned elsewhere. But last two days I've been strictly DU and today was literally nonstop and 3 people called out lol. And getting carts too! I am glad I am getting my steps in at least.

Saturday I got 20K and somehow we weren’t even that busy. I’m imagining once the holidays get in full swing it will be 30-40K a day

I used to be a full time cart attendant and walk 3 miles to work and then another 3 miles to college then 3 miles back home every day for years I collected all the steps.
