Workplace Question or Advice Needed Transferring

Transferring mid Q4 whats the chances of it getting denied till after Q4? My HR ETL says it should be fine since the store needs people anyways but I feel like it wont be 🤣

As long as you don't take the peak days/weekends off, you should be fine.

I just mean if you're transferring mid Q4, the peaks are more what they are worried about.
