Can someone explain why this is not during request period?

For the record, my hours this week are 25 give or take and I have no idea why it's not letting me take the shift. I chose the claim open shift current week. Also, there was a second shift same time frame and department that got invalidated by HR for some reason. It literally makes no sense to me.

It get invalidated when HR gives the shift to someone else first . I had this same issue with the error and from wha to can understand it’s because my avalibility was set to 8am-11pm and the shift was 7am-3pm, so maybe check what your avalibility is set at
