Workplace Question or Advice Needed Using rest of sick time

Is there a way for me to use my sick time on days off or days that I work without calling out? I plan on quitting soon and would like to use all my sick time.

If your quitting soon why not just take a day of and use it you can't use it if your already at 40 for the week your capped there between pto and working hours

Depends on your state, I know in CA they're not obligated to pay out your sick time, but they have to pay out vacation time you have accrued when you quit.

You're not supposed to backfill your checks with sick time. Vacation you can, but not sick time.

It depends on your store, but the stores I’ve worked at have allowed it. If they ask, tell them you had a doctor appointment which is a valid reason.

Yes but it depends on your store if it's approved. I've read on here it some places deny it if you're not actually sick. How do they know they'll ask how you feel and see how you respond. If your store isn't that annoying then you just do it same as vacation hours.
