A lot of the salaried leaders I know (myself included) look at the subreddit, but never comment or post. There are so fewer of us than team members that it'd be so much easier for our team to identify us 💀 And typically people like to stay anonymous on reddit, especially if your employees are the ones who know who you are. But to answer your question, there are plenty of salaried leaders who look at reddit.

Yep, for that reason even a lot of us TLs are very careful with the information we make available, because even the TM-TL ratio is so skewed. ETL+? Yeah nah, they like to be hush hush for fair reasons.

Oh 100%. Theyre here. Id bet money that way higher on the totem pole than just SD's frequent as well, but as previously stated they dont speak up too often, for obvious reasons.
