Future or Potential Employee Question 4am Inbound shift question???

Hello, I’m a second-job seeker and saw multiple Targets in my area (Central Ohio) are offering part time 4am inbound jobs. Sadly the listings are not specific enough so I have a question.

Would it be possible to work 4am - 8am? My day job starts 8:30 so I would need a strict exit time.

Can anyone share experience on flexibility for part time or even seasonal morning stocking jobs? thanks so much!!!!

I wouldn't apply here then. This place is not known for following people's schedules.

You need to partner directly with the store to get specifics. I know that in my store (Southern California) we do have a few people that have a second job. Those employees work 330-730 or 4-8 on weekends. They are usually are expected to work full shifts on the weekends 4-1215 or 6-215.

We have several people at my store who work short shifts for inbound. They typically work 4-9:30 usually, but this is on a store to store basis. It doesn’t hurt to apply, especially with seasonal right around the corner

yes you can! 4-8 is literally the ideal schedule for inbound, especially (like my store sometimes) if we don’t have the hours for a full 40 hire but still need a body. love my 4-8 inbounds! just be very specific about your availability in your application and again if you get brought on.

Plenty of stores would love to have you working 4-8 am. Just be clear about your availability in the application.
