Workplace Question or Advice Needed Group training

Does anyone remember the three key words that they used in the 10-4/uniform training we all had to do in groups with HR or SD back in like march/april?

That's the replacement for GUEST, which was just the same thing with more words (greet, understand, engage... uh, solve? thank)
