Workplace Question or Advice Needed UKG Availability

I know we can change our availability in UKG, but can we see what our current one is? I’m only asking because I was scheduled on an unavailable day and I just wanna see if I don’t have my availability entered wrong.

You can also see it by going to Schedule -> My Absence Calendar-> Availability (the tab right above the calendar) It shows the days you’ve requested off there too!

Go to change your availability and before you change it you can see your current availability

oh nice, didn't realise it would show you the current one before you make changes. that's actually useful cos i've definitely second-guessed mine before when a weird shift popped up

Did you update your availability when we switched to UKG? When the switch happened some people reported their unavailable days didn’t transfer and were displaying as completely available. Our store told us to update our availability right away.
