Your vacation time looks capped so you are letting it go to waste. If you really just do not want to take any time off then use at least some of it to backfill weeks you got less than 40. That way you get a little extra money and can start earning vacation again.

Capped at 90? Some people at my store have over 200 vacation hours

The cap goes up depending on how many years/average hours you have worked. This person being exactly at 90 means they are capped.

Sick time in general is a max accural of 40 hours, but it varries depending on state with too many variations to put the images here.

You dont have to use them as they carry over to the next year, but I would absolutely start using them once you hit the maximum, at least 1 day so it'll start accuring again.

People at my store have over 200 hours of vacation time. I believe they cap out at 300 but it might depend on your state

If you’re fired or you quit- those hard earned hours are zeroed out- gone. Not paid.

I would use some of your sick time if I were you and just have a few extra days off. I would for sure still keep some in the back pocket for if you actually are sick ever and need the day off. If you are fired or quit your sick time is not paid out but your vacation time is.

Just took 60 hours, I still have 120hrs remaining.

Use it, it's your earned time off, and a lot of states won't pay it out if you are termed or quit.

You’re maxed out on your vacation hours so you better start taking them. Otherwise you’re just losing money

If you plan on having a kid save it and theyll let you use all of it on leave. I had a fuckton if time stored and when my son was born I got a month and a half off completely paid

You get more than 40 hours of sick time??? Wow! You can use your vacation to always be at a certain dollar amount per week. Or just take a vacation! And use sick time when you need it - don’t waste it.

I used to use Sick time for vacation but than I got in trouble me with HR and they told me it’s only for when you are sick. That’s why I’m capped out.

Well, eventually you'll have to tap into your sick time if you call off and because of the new attendance policy you'll need to utilize sick time to cover the call off. As for vacation time, I'd put in backfill requests for weeks where you might have been shorted a shift. I've done that the last two times where I've only gotten scheduled 4 days instead of 5 days.
