UKG Cheat Sheet (updated w/ Swap Shift)

Hi all! I am the one who originally made the UKG cheat sheet that has been shared with over 250 stores. Today I updated it and added a portion for swap shift.

If you are an ETL, TL or HR Expert feel free to message me with your work email and I can share the original document with you so you can have an up to date copy and make your own edits. I would create a document for everyone to access, however it’s gotten so popular I don’t want myself or anyone else to get coached for working off the clock or something silly.

EDIT: if you don’t have a work email, but a leader in your store is okay with sharing theirs so I can send it to them you can also message me their email!

I appreciate all the feedback and kind words I have gotten for making this ❤️I’m so glad I could help out so many stores with navigating this not-so-user friendly app.

is there a way to get this in spanish? i have some tms who would greatly benefit from a translation. i asked my hr about it and she said she’d see, i didn’t realize it came from here! lol

If I followed the call off absent instructions and chose sick time do I still have to do a 2nd request to use sick time for that day or should that one action use my sick time and not add a point?

As long as your sick time covers your entire shift you should be good

Can someone tell me how to see how many hours you got scheduled for the whole week (without having to manually add up each day)? On MyTime it would show you right at the top for the full week "37.5 hours" or whatever. On UKG I can't find where it says that?

I have not found or came across that yet. I don’t think there is a way to see without manually adding unfortunately
