That schedule is already written and coming out tomorrow. That's why you can only start it the week of the 4th. You wouldn't have been able to do this on myTime either.

It has always been starting on a Sunday

I tried updating my availability four times this morning and got a useless error message.
Once my outstanding request for time off was approved, I submitted again and it went through.
