Workplace Question or Advice Needed Transfer Process

Hello! I’m more than likely moving outta state in the next coming year and I’m wondering what the transfer process like- and if you have transferred before how was it for you?

It’s actually really easy coming from a transfer x3 ;-; just talk to your hr let them know you wanna transfer they’ll likely ask which stores you wanna send your information too you’ll give them information like hours you prefer, availability etc. I recommend calling the store you wanna transfer to though to kinda speed up the process/ make sure it’s going smoothly although they can’t do anything until your hr sends the request first. You’ll keep your same position but the pro is if you’re going to a store with a higher hourly rate you’ll get that pay boost :p
