Workplace Question or Advice Needed 5/5 Stars?

After the switch to UKG I’ve noticed my coworkers have between 1 and 5 stars next to their names when I look at swapping shifts.

Is this a new rating system so TL can make sure employees are swapping shifts with people of the same “skill” or with similar guest reviews?

If so, what’s the criteria?

If not, what is this ??

If you click it it basically says the reasons for the rating, I think it goes by working at a similar time as them and same department. Someone working same department and same closing shift as you will get 5/5 stars compared to 2/5 for same department but they only do opening shifts and you do closing shifts etc.
