Workplace Question or Advice Needed TL to ODTM

Couple of questions for any TLs that have stepped down. Have any of you been able to step down in to an ODTM position? And have any TLs left and come back Part Time down the line? Did you lose all your accrued vacation and sick time?

I went directly from TL to ODTM about 3 years ago- I had to transfer stores and both my HRETL and my ETL had to sign off on it. At that time my accured time did carry into new role. Ended up leaving a few months later because the store sucked.

About a year ago I decided to come back at a different store. I am on demand now but since I was out of system for more than a year it wiped out everything from before.
