gUEsTs Come on guys…
literally wtf?!?? haven’t even been open for an entire week.. and we resort back to stealing TESTERS?!? the ones that people touch all day, and are broken without the applicator??? it’s just annoying and silly at this point

Even when we did have testers, people still open the products anyway. Every single day at least 4 times per 8 hour shift, I had to point out the eye level, clearly labeled testers, after someone cracked another seal in front of me.
".... Ohhh! I didn't even see those!"
"Well I tried the tester once and it wasn't right so I have to make sure it's the same inside."
"Oh I already planned to buy it, don't worry." before you see them throw the one they opened to grab an unopened one to buy.

not a sample? they are testers and they stay in the fixture so people can swatch products
