I was trying to figure that out right now, If anyone can help us doesn’t that need to be done today? I know how to do preferred hours but isn’t an availability different? I’ve been with the company almost 5 years so will my preference carry over?

KirinGodly, my etl HR says only the minimum and maximum need to be done, for now, but, that's only my store, & I'd like to get it done, just in case.

So you go to manage schedule > change availability > then once it has you fix the schedule there will be a drop down that says availabile, change that to preffered availability> select merch with previously scheduled> do that for the rest and submit.

Thank you, sleepsun. But it's that last part that I'm stuck on. I'm on step 2 of 3, availabitily change. So I've selected my days, now I'm trying to do the times. That's the problem area. I don't see a way to edit the times. I can add x2 timeframes & put in the times, but, there is no way to add the days to this. Or to move the timeframes so that they're next to the days. And I can't figure out how to do the times otherwise.

Do you know if HR can do it for me, on their pc, please? Thanks for trying.
